Our Story
Founded in 2012 in Vilnius, Lithuania, The Video Stream Company emerged from a simple observation: every security camera manufacturer insisted on their own proprietary ecosystem, forcing organizations to invest in costly infrastructure upgrades and vendor lock-in.
Our founding team spent years working with municipalities, enterprises, and security integrators across Europe. We saw firsthand how technology fragmentation was holding back innovation and making video surveillance unnecessarily complex and expensive.
We asked ourselves: what if there was a universal platform that could work with any camera, any protocol, anywhere? What if AI-powered analytics were accessible to everyone, not just enterprise clients with million-dollar budgets?
