By accessing and using The Video Stream Company's ("TVSC") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Service Description

TVSC provides a cloud-based video surveillance platform that enables users to:

• •Connect and manage RTSP-compatible cameras
• •Store and access video footage via rolling buffer
• •Utilize AI-powered analytics and object detection
• •Access video streams and data via web dashboard and API

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of TVSC services, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete account information
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials
• •Comply with all applicable laws regarding video surveillance and privacy
• •Obtain necessary consents and provide required notices for video recording
• •Use the service only for lawful purposes
• •Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

4. Billing and Payment

Service fees are billed on a per-camera, monthly basis according to your chosen plan. You authorize TVSC to charge your provided payment method for all fees incurred. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement.

5. Data Ownership and Usage

You retain all ownership rights to your video content and data. TVSC processes your data solely to provide the requested services. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond service provision without your explicit consent.

You grant TVSC a limited license to process, store, and transmit your video data as necessary to provide the services.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, TVSC does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with or without notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

TVSC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policies.

9. Changes to Terms

TVSC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
